1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of banking2day.com and any tools, calculators or content on it (together, the "Site"), operated by Banking2Day ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of our service

Banking2Day is an independent information and comparison platform. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, broker, insurer or financial adviser, and we are not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India or any financial regulator as a provider of financial products. We do not lend money, accept deposits, underwrite risk, or guarantee the approval, rate or terms of any product.

Information, comparisons and calculator outputs on the Site are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision — always verify current rates, fees and eligibility directly with the regulated provider before proceeding.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to use this Site. By using Banking2Day, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are using the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Calculators & eligibility tools

Our EMI, eligibility and other calculators produce estimates only, based on the values you enter and standard formulae. They do not take into account every factor a lender may use (such as your full credit history, existing obligations, or a provider's internal policy) and are not an offer, pre-approval or guarantee of any kind. Actual rates, EMIs, fees and eligibility are determined solely by the regulated provider after their own assessment.

Checking your eligibility or running a calculator on Banking2Day does not, by itself, affect your credit score. Where a specific tool triggers a credit check with a bureau or partner, this will be clearly disclosed and will require your explicit consent before it happens.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data or content from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Site.
• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or is defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

6. Third-party products, links & how we're paid

Product details shown on the Site are indicative and owned by the respective regulated providers. Final rates, fees, eligibility criteria and terms are set solely by that provider after their own assessment, and may differ from what's shown here. When you choose to proceed with an enquiry or application, you may be directed to a provider's own site or contacted by them directly — that interaction is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

Some providers may pay us a referral fee when you complete an enquiry or are approved for a product through the Site. This never changes the rates or facts we display, and is disclosed near the relevant comparison — see How We Earn Money for full detail. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party site or provider linked from the Site.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, calculators and underlying software — is owned by or licensed to Banking2Day and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Banking2Day and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on any information or calculator result provided on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Banking2Day harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Changes, termination & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance-redressal process described on our Grievance Redressal page, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
